As senior legal project management (LPM) operations manager, Jaime Prado manages the strategic development and implementation of policies and procedures within the LPM group to drive the firm's commitment to delivering high-value legal services.
In this capacity, she collaborates with team leadership to develop operational goals and priorities for the LPM team. Jaime manages the continuous improvement for client intake solutions, providing end-to-end support processes to increase success and scalability, ensuring engagements align with the firm's growth and profitability objectives.
Jaime contributes directly to the creation and support related to strategic initiatives, increasing the LPM team's support and offerings provided to attorneys and clients, enhancing client value. Additionally, Jaime focuses on delivering innovative methods and sustainable practices to increase efficiencies using project management techniques that focus on scope, budget, schedule, and risk. She is developing a firmwide matter management framework of processes, tools, and technology to provide more efficient legal services delivery, including managing alternative fee arrangements.
In addition to LPM, Jaime has a wide range of legal experience in patent analysis and acquisition due diligence in all areas of intellectual property. She worked on technology transfers, licensing, and market clearances related to corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, class actions, multidistrict litigation, international human rights, immigration, global patent prosecution, securities litigation, pro bono, consumer fraud, and antitrust litigation.
