Jake focuses on patent preparation and prosecution in the U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, as well as portfolio development and strategy, freedom to operate analysis and related patent litigation.
Jake Gober's experience includes working closely with companies in the medical device, biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields.
While earning his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, Jake worked as a patent intern at CoMotion, the university's center for commercialization, helping develop and protect the university's intellectual property. He also spent two years working in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, providing pro bono representation on intellectual property matters to entrepreneurs and businesses in the Pacific Northwest.
