Hayden Householder is an associate in Perkins Coie's Technology Transactions & Privacy Law practice.
With an education in electrical engineering, he has a passion for learning new technology. He works with clients in various industries, including life sciences, semiconductors, hardware, and software. Hayden has experience assisting and advising clients on transactional matters, from strategic collaborations, such as sponsored research agreements, to procurement agreements for semiconductors.
Prior to law school, Hayden studied electrical and computer engineering and earned minors in computer science and mathematics. He also served as the president of Baylor University's chapter of IEEE-HKN, the honor society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
