Hayato Maeda is a legal project manager responsible for the strategic development and implementation of major projects consistent with the Firm's Strategic Plan in delivery of legal services.
Hayato leverages a background in e-discovery and law firm administration to rationalize decision-making by searching for opportunities to inform workflow analysis with appropriate data. Hayato applies a collaborative approach to legal project management methods and tools to improve communication and efficiency. He uses project management principles throughout the matter lifecycle, including planning, executing, monitoring schedules and budgets, and managing risk. While seeking opportunities with applications of innovative technology, Hayato continues to deliver high-value, strategic solutions as a trusted advisor to the Firm and our clients.
