Hannah Schuppner also has experience counseling private equity funds, public and private companies, and investors in corporate transactions including private equity transactions, venture capital fundraising, fund formation, and corporate restructuring.
Hannah has advised clients on entity formation, foreign qualifications, and corporate governance matters, and has represented private equity funds and late stage platform companies on investments and exit transactions. She also has experience drafting legal memoranda summarizing legal due diligence process in a number of transactions across a variety of sectors including healthcare, software, technology, transportation, renewable energy, and manufacturing.
