Han Chang’s clients range from startups to large public companies. He counsels technology companies on commercial agreements, intellectual property (IP) ownership and licensing, privacy compliance, and product launches. Han also advises clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital investments, and other corporate transactions.
While earning his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Han received the Certificate of Specialization in Law and Technology and pro bono honors.
