Greg Miller defends companies in product liability and commercial disputes in both state and federal court. He represents some of the firm’s largest clients in multiple industries, including aviation, manufacturing, technology, and publishing, in matters related to commercial arbitrations, product liability, contract disputes, and other complex matters. 

Greg’s trial successes include the dismissal of two class actions in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Tennessee and the Northern District of Georgia, as well as the dismissal of a product liability suit brought in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington against an aviation firm. His appellate successes include an affirmance of a forum non conveniens dismissal by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in an aviation case and an affirmance of summary judgment by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in a product liability case.
