George partners with clients to drive transactions to closing and address problems pragmatically.
Serving as primary outside counsel for tech companies, George Colindres provides practical guidance in matters including corporate governance, capital structuring, preferred stock and other equity financings, convertible promissory note and other debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises venture capital firms, strategic investors, angels and angel groups, and other investors in connection with investments in portfolio companies and exit transactions.
George's clients are involved in a diverse array of industries, including bioagriculture, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, clean technology, digital health, food and beverage, gaming, internet and e-commerce, Internet of Things (IoT), medical devices, semiconductors, telecommunications, clean technology, real estate, and retail and consumer products.
George is the managing partner of our Los Angeles office and chaired the Los Angeles office's Diversity & Inclusion Committee from 2013 to 2023.
