Emmanuel Azih has extensive experience in patent litigation, representing clients before various U.S. district courts and federal agencies, including the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the International Trade Commission. He has litigated matters involving semiconductors, digital signal processing, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technologies.
Having served as in-house counsel, Emmanuel brings practical insight to his work, advising clients on pre-suit investigations, complex fact and expert discovery, claim construction, and motions practice.
Before pursuing his legal career, Emmanuel was a technology consultant for a multinational professional services company, working with high-tech businesses on innovation strategy and digital infrastructure.
