Emmanuel Azih
Emmanuel Azih is an accomplished lawyer with experience in intellectual property (IP), technology, and corporate law.
He has extensive experience in patent litigation disputes, representing clients in various U.S. district courts and agencies, including the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the International Trade Commission.
Emmanuel applies his electrical engineering background to working with clients in cases involving semiconductor, software applications, digital signal processing, artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain technologies. His trial experience includes pre-suit investigations, complex fact and expert discovery, claim construction, and motions practice.
Prior to law school, Emmanuel worked as a technology consultant for a multinational professional services company, specifically servicing the needs of high-tech companies.
