Emilie Kurth practices intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark prosecution and clearance in multiple jurisdictions as well as copyright law.
Emilie has experience drafting and negotiating trademark license agreements and consent agreements and drafting pleadings and motions for oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also advises clients on brand protection and IP best practices and assists them in drafting trademark office action responses.
While earning her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, Emilie was an editor for the University of Colorado Law Review. She also interned for the Hon. Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court.
