Elle Nicholson represents startups, enterprise-level businesses, public and private technology and media companies, consumer product and service providers, and other emerging and cutting-edge technology companies on a variety of commercial transactions and with product counseling work, focusing on technology and intellectual property.
Elle counsels a broad range of clients across industries and sectors, including technology, software, social media, financial services, blockchain and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), energy, media and entertainment, gaming, and sports. Elle has experience drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including complex outsourcing contracts, technology and content development and license agreements, distribution agreements, terms of service, software as a service (SaaS) agreements, professional services agreements, and similar transactions.
Elle also advises clients, including public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity (PE) firms, in the intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT) aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), whole business securitizations, project finance, and other corporate transactions.
