Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Dylan Houle served as court counsel of the Republic of Palau Supreme Court. Dylan earned a J.D. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, associate editor of the California Law Review, and 2022 conference editor of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law. He also was a Perkins Coie summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office in 2022.
