David Laub's practice emphasizes the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign utility and design patents, intellectual property due diligence, counseling and licensing transactions, and litigation of patent and trade secret matters.
David manages large multinational patent portfolios and is experienced in the strategic development, enforcement, maintenance and licensing of patents on a worldwide basis. He has been responsible for the preparation and prosecution of hundreds of utility and design patents, has identified core technologies for patent protection, and has obtained and enforced patent protection for these core technologies.
