Dan is a discovery attorney with the firm's E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice. He has worked on a broad range of matters, including content moderation, aviation, civil and criminal product liability, regulatory investigations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), antitrust, and environmental insurance cost recovery actions.
Dan Palmer has practiced for more than 13 years in e-discovery and complex civil litigation, including quality control, privilege review, project management, and arbitration and trial preparation. Using Relativity, DISCO, CaseMap, Concordance, and LiveNote, he has helped to develop key document databases, delivering effective and reliable work product to litigation teams and clients.
Dan holds a B.A. in business administration with an accounting concentration. Before becoming an attorney, Dan was an accountant and legal assistant for a labor and employment law firm.
