Her practice spans cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, where she advises clients on all aspects of a deal process. She has represented clients across a range of industries, including energy and natural resources, fintech, telecommunications and media, consumer products, and financial services.
Crystal is qualified to practice law in England and Wales, and Nigeria. Her dual qualification as a solicitor provides her with a global perspective and a deep understanding of the legal and commercial considerations her clients face. She navigates complex matters with precision and clarity, ensuring that each transaction aligns with her clients' specific needs and objectives.
