Chini Lin has extensive experience reviewing documents and preparing factual analyses in a wide range of matters, including internal investigations, contractual arbitrations, real estate condemnations, political law matters and patent litigation.
Utilizing his previous experience in-house in a corporate law department, Chini brings his knowledge and experience to document review projects involving financial regulatory matters, such as Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) matters and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations.
Chini is also a member of the Trial Support Services team where he assists with mock trials and trials. In this capacity, Chini provides witness preparation support, which involves working with witnesses so they understand and become comfortable with how documentary evidence and demonstratives will be presented in the courtroom during their testimony. Chini is also very knowledgeable about various trial technologies and has been a key team member in preparing case teams to employ technology during trial.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Chini has assisted on various foreign language matters.
