Catherine regularly collaborates with compliance and enforcement teams to assist social media clients with Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and Stored Communications Act (SCA) compliance and enforcing website terms of use. Drawing on her experience in internet forensics, she has defended clients, such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, against phishing, spamming, and other malicious behavior.
