Cara assists clients with commercial disputes, involving business torts, intellectual property, unfair competition, the False Claims Act and commercial contracts.
Cara Wallace has experience providing pre-litigation counseling, managing e-discovery, engaging in motions practice and developing trial strategy. Cara has represented clients in state and federal court, judicial hearings, private mediation and at trial.
Before practicing law, Cara worked in selective college admissions and for a tribal government. She is Navajo and Haida, and a citizen of Central Council Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska and Ketchikan Indian Community.
