Bryan concentrates on global patent prosecution and portfolio strategy, with a particular emphasis on AI/ML software, medical devices, materials, cybersecurity, food and beverage, and virtual reality/augmented (VR/AR) reality devices.
Bryan Johnson has extensive experience managing worldwide IP portfolios for a range of clients, including individual inventors, small companies, and large corporations in a variety of technology areas, including software (AI/ML), medical devices, materials, cybersecurity, food and beverages, and VR/AR devices.
Bryan’s drafting and prosecution skills have contributed to the success of several patent portfolios that withstood due diligence for initial public offerings and funding rounds, facilitating more than $1.4 billion in capital raised since 2021.
Bryan holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Ohio State University.
