Barry O'Driscoll's counsel to clients utilizes both his work in private practice and as a general counsel of a global software as a service (SaaS) company.
Over the course of his more than 10-year career, Barry gained extensive transactional experience, including private and public acquisitions, private equity investments, initial public offerings, joint ventures, spinoffs, and bolt-ons. He principally advised companies with cybersecurity, privacy, information technology, and SaaS offerings.
Barry's work is informed by his experience advising companies on day-to-day operations and assisting them with legal compliance and risk management prior to corporate events such as exits and financings.
