Atanas Baitchev
Atanas Baitchev has experience handling all aspects of pretrial patent litigation, representing clients accused of patent infringement.
He drafts inter partes review (IPR) petitions and supports trials through final written decision (FWD) and appeals. Additionally, he has experience in prior art analysis, invalidity contentions, expert reports and depositions, noninfringement analysis for varied technologies in electrical and mechanical arts, and party and nonparty discovery.
Atanas earned his J.D. from University of Southern California's Gould School of Law, where he served on the staff of Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and worked as a writing fellow to assist teaching first year legal writing classes. He received his B.S. in biology from UCLA.
