Antoinette M. Fuoto

Antoinette Fuoto has an extensive background in political law and campaign finance law.

She provides political law counsel for campaigns, officeholders, corporations, political action committees (PACs), and nonprofit groups on compliance with state, local, and federal campaign finance law. Antoinette also advises corporate clients on state and local lobbying and pay-to-play laws, drafts and negotiates contracts for campaigns and PACs as part of their daily operations, and has represented clients before the Federal Election Commission and Office of Congressional Ethics.

Antoinette previously worked as an attorney in the Enforcement Division of the Federal Election Commission, where she handled complaints of campaign finance violations, conducted investigations, and negotiated conciliation agreements on behalf of the commission. She also served as counselor to the Democratic and independent commissioners, advising commissioners on pending enforcement, litigation, and policy matters.

Prior to earning her J.D. from Cornell Law School, Antoinette was the deputy finance director for a citywide campaign and a congressional reelection campaign in New York. During her time at Cornell, she worked with the New York City Campaign Finance Board as a legal intern.

Antoinette has additional experience in antitrust and complex commercial litigation.
