Anna Stacey assists clients on intellectual property (IP), privacy, and commercial matters across a wide range of industries, including retail, media, entertainment, software, high-tech procurement, and cloud computing. She has structured, drafted, and negotiated outsourcing, licensing, manufacturing, and development agreements. She also has experience working with clients seeking to launch novel products incorporating artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other emerging technologies.
With a passion for pro bono work, Anna has assisted nonprofits focused on children's welfare and helped clients to obtain asylum in the United States.
