Anna C. Avendaño has experience drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing construction agreements; automation and manufacturing service agreements; engineering, procurement, and construction agreements (EPC); and architectural and engineering agreements.
Anna has represented various project owners in public procurements for mega-infrastructure development projects, including negotiating and drafting agreements worth over $500 million per project. She has also assisted with management of construction projects, including reviewing and advising clients regarding amendments to agreements and change orders.
