Ann Balzer is a graduate of Cornell Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the Cornell International Law Journal.
While in law school, Ann interned for Citizens Concerned for Children, Inc. – Attorneys for Children. In this role, she drafted legal briefs and motions in preparation for Cortland County Family Court hearings and conducted informational client interviews with children and parents.
