Amanda advises technology companies on a range of privacy matters, with a focus on compliance efforts under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To better serve her clients, Amanda Mobrand closely monitors emerging litigation trends in the United States under the CCPA. Amanda regularly drafts privacy policies and notices; counsels on data sharing practices; works with companies to develop compliance strategies; and drafts and negotiates data protection agreements and privacy terms in commercial agreements.
Amanda joined Perkins Coie with several years of experience working as in-house counsel, most recently as privacy counsel for a Washington-based technology company.
