Ali Jenkins has experience drafting patent applications on a variety of topics including machine learning, neural networks, financial technologies, optics, and medical devices.
She has developed patent prosecution strategies, interviews examiners, drafts infringement charts, and conducts market research. Ali also has significant experience moderating disclosure meetings, conducting prior art analysis, and making formal arguments in response to office actions. She has drafted both U.S. nonprovisional and Patent Cooperation Treaty patent applications.
