Alexander Pascualy counsels companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance matters, and venture capital debt and equity financings.
He has experience drafting definitive agreements for strategic and private equity M&A transactions involving multiple parties and stakeholders. Alexander also assists emerging companies, venture capital funds, strategic investors, and corporate venture groups who invest in high-growth startups. His experience includes transactions and investments across a broad range of industries, including software and technology, clean energy, manufacturing, and natural resources.
Prior to law school, Alexander served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps.
