A discovery lawyer with broad experience, Aimee Olson assists legal teams and their clients in reviewing vast amounts of electronic and other data to respond to critical events such as litigation or investigations.
Aimee has worked with many of Perkins Coie's practice groups to examine and analyze documents for purposes of production and privilege. Her experience, spanning more than seven years, has helped her play a key role on teams that finished projects ahead of schedule and under budget. She has assisted with patent litigation, complex business litigation, employment litigation, and real estate construction matters, as well as highly sensitive internal investigations. Her varied experience helps with tasks related to discovery and fact development.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie's E-Discovery team, Aimee practiced at a national firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While there she worked on entertainment cases, mass torts involving defective pharmaceuticals, and other complex litigation. She also assisted with deposition and pretrial preparation.
Aimee volunteers with nonprofits organizations supporting cancer research and cancer patients. She is currently on the board of Day 1 Survivors, whose mission is to help anyone facing a cancer diagnosis become a survivor from day one through their fundraising efforts for Lurie Cancer Center in Chicago.
