Adrianne Sturm is a senior transaction attorney working with teams across practice areas by performing and managing corporate due diligence and commercial contract reviews.
In this role, she researches developing areas of regulation relating to employment, as well as reviewing marketing and development material for trademark, legal, and other issues. Adrianne has worked on multiple on-site secondments for a multinational technology company, performing contract reviews and managing corporate governance projects related to entity formation, internal mergers, and entity dissolution.
Adrianne began at Perkins Coie as a review attorney with the E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice and continues to support the firm in areas of discovery, privilege, and deposition preparation. She is an efficient researcher who understands case strategy, navigates databases for key data, and provides in-depth analysis.
Through the firm's pro bono program, Adrianne has partnered with a firm client to directly assist an individual with a visa application.
