Abby is a partner in the firm's Business Litigation practice, with a focus on commercial and real estate disputes.
Abby Bloetscher has experience with a variety of commercial litigation issues, including pleadings and motion practice at both the state and federal court level, resolution of discovery disputes, and appellate matters. As a litigator, Abby has successfully represented clients in trial, arbitration, and mediation. Her practice centers on complex commercial and corporate litigation, including real estate, construction, partnership, and general contract disputes.
Abby has also worked with clients involving employment law matters, including discrimination claims and wage-and-hour violations, and has represented clients in securing land use entitlements on a variety of commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects in jurisdictions throughout California.
