Perkins Coie Advises CleanCapital in Its Purchase of NYSERDA’s Solar Project
NEW YORK CITY (March 18, 2025)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised CleanCapital, a leading renewable energy developer, in the acquisition of New York State Energy Research and Development Authority’s (NYSERDA) first “Build-Ready” solar project in upstate New York. Perkins Coie also represented CleanCapital on the corresponding agreement to sell Renewable Energy Credits back to NYSERDA. For more information, please see NYSERDA’s press release here.
