Guangdong Overseas Intellectual Property Protection Training Program
Five Perkins Coie Intellectual Property partners were recently invited to present at the 2022 Guangdong Overseas IP Protection Training Program. The program is a series of courses that is designed for IP professionals in Guangdong.
Yingli Wang presented "Biotech and Pharma Enterprises Overseas IP Protection Strategy." Marcus Woo and Louise Lu co-presented "Typical Challenges Encountered in Handling SEP Disputes in the United States for Hypothetical Branded Consumer Products Involving Wireless Communications."
