2022 PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference
The 2022 PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference was held March 23 – 25, 2022, at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C.
Partner Andy Dufresne participated on the panel "From Bench to Bar: Strategies for Appellate Review of PTAB Rulings Shared by Former Federal Circuit Clerks." The panel members shared their insights on best positioning an inter partes review (IPR) for appellate review and explored the impact of recent decisions.
