Monique Wirrick
Monique represents companies in both federal and state courts nationwide and defends clients in cases involving consumer products, toxic torts, and aviation accidents.
Having worked as an engineer for a large aircraft manufacturer prior to becoming a lawyer, Monique Wirrick draws on her technical background to defend manufacturers of complex products ranging from aerial work platforms and other industrial products to helicopter engine components to consumer products.
Monique consults with manufacturers in pre-litigation accident investigations and nonlitigation product-related issues, including new product designs, product warnings, and product safety issues. She has acted as national coordinating counsel for a large manufacturer of industrial products. Monique also has experience defending product sellers in product liability litigations. Companies rely on Monique’s keen ability to understand complex engineering issues, her in-depth knowledge of how products work, and her skill in defending her clients to develop effective legal solutions and litigation strategies that support their defense of product liability lawsuits.
