Her practice primarily focuses on U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
Mira's practice experience includes conducting trademark clearance searches and preparing trademark applications, office action responses, and specimens to be filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She also has experience in enforcing trademark rights in the U.S. and foreign countries via oppositions, cease-and-desist letters, social media takedown notices, and Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.
Prior to attending law school, Mira worked as a paralegal for a multinational beverage company, where she assisted in-house counsels with legal issues in intellectual property, advertising, and marketing.
Mira was a Google Legal Summer Institute (LSI) Scholar in 2018. She received the Korean American Intellectual Property Bar Association (KAIPBA) Scholarship in 2019. Mira regularly writes about trademark law and general trends in legal industry, and her works have been published on Law360, Bloomberg Law, and LegalTech News.
