Marcus A. Haggard
Marcus is an experienced litigator who handles complex investigations, criminal and government enforcement matters, disputes, and litigation for his clients.
Marcus Haggard represents high-profile individuals and corporations in the technology, retail, manufacturing, forest products, financial services, telecommunications, construction, and healthcare industries. Marcus has extensive experience conducting sensitive, complex international and national investigations, both internal and those related to government enforcement actions. He has represented individuals and corporations in criminal and civil matters at the state and federal level.
Marcus also has a significant practice focusing on international supply chains, compliance, and anti-trafficking/anti-slavery efforts. He has worked with many of the largest corporations in the world to help ensure their international business activities are legally compliant and support human rights.
Marcus maintains an active pro bono practice focused on assisting those seeking asylum and international human rights issues. Marcus is also active in his community, serving on the leadership team of the Colorado Bar Association’s International Law Section and on the board of Life-Line Colorado.
