Jeff Ong
Jeff Ong is an associate in the firm's Technology Transactions & Privacy practice.
Jeff has experience advising emerging companies and venture capital clients on intellectual property (IP) and data privacy matters in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general commercial undertakings. He has experience drafting; revising; and reviewing terms of use, privacy policies, service agreements, as well as IP assignment and licensing agreements.
Jeff earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served on the executive boards of the Coalition of International Students and Global Affairs and the Harvard Health Law Society. While in law school, he was a legal intern for the National Basketball Association's (NBA) Brooklyn Nets.
