

Jacinda Stephens
Jacinda handles commercial and natural resource disputes for business and municipal clients in state and federal courts.
Jacinda Stephens has worked on a variety of matters, including hazardous substance and toxic tort litigation, insurance coverage disputes involving environmental claims, and antitrust matters. Jacinda’s litigation experience includes preparing for depositions, working with expert witnesses, developing case strategy and defenses, drafting complex motions, and leading pretrial and settlement conferences.
Prior to joining the firm, Jacinda clerked for the Arizona Court of Appeals and served an externship at the Arizona Supreme Court Staff Attorney’s Office. She earned her J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she was a staff writer for the Arizona State Law Journal and a student attorney for the university’s civil litigation clinic. She received her B.A. in English from the University of Southern California.
Jacinda speaks Mongolian and spent much of her youth in Ulaanbaatar and Tamil Nadu. Jacinda devotes significant time to pro bono work, focusing primarily on constitutional rights and immigration.
