Haley Chapa
Haley assists clients with such matters as entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other corporate legal issues.
Haley Chapa has experience negotiating commercial agreements for both large hospital systems and healthcare technology service providers. Prior to her legal career, she spent several years managing the implementation of electronic medical record software for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. She worked closely with clinical staff to develop detailed reports to track key quality metrics and identify areas for improvement at a facility level.
