Beau D. Bryan
Beau is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities practice.
Beau Bryan represents issuers in capital markets transactions, including public and private equity and debt offerings. He also advises companies on corporate transactional matters, corporate governance, and securities law compliance.
Beau is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he was a clinician with the Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic. While in law school, he was a Global Business Law Fellow and a member of OUTLaws, the LGBTQ+ law student group. During his studies, Beau also worked in-house as a legal intern for Avalara, Inc.
Prior to law school, Beau worked for the offices of Washington State Senators Jeannie Darneille and Barbara Bailey. He was also a summer associate at Perkins Coie in 2021.
