Amanda H. Rudolph

Associate Amanda Rudolph advises clients on regulatory, governance and compliance matters under the federal securities laws, including the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Amanda assists mutual funds, boards of directors, and private funds with various investment management matters. Amanda's mutual fund work includes reviewing and drafting U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including registration statements, Forms 497, shareholder reports, and other disclosure documents. She has experience drafting and reviewing 15(c) materials on behalf of boards of trustees and preparing materials for board meetings.

While attending The George Washington University Law School, Amanda worked as a student honors intern in the Office of the Investor Advocate at the SEC, where she researched securities laws and policies to assess their potential impact on investors and financial professionals.
