Perkins Coie Signs Lease for New Phoenix Office

PHOENIX (April 3, 2023)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that its Phoenix office will relocate in spring 2024 to the Esplanade II complex, located at 2525 East Camelback Road, following the signing of a multiyear lease. The firm's Phoenix lawyers and business professionals will occupy the fifth floor and one suite on the fourth floor of the building.

Lawyers in the Phoenix office represent clients in a wide range of commercial and intellectual property litigation and appellate matters, including matters relating to patents, copyrights and trademarks, antitrust, unfair competition, product liability, securities, privacy and data security, environmental and natural resources, energy, water law, employment, insurance recovery, bankruptcy, and white-collar investigations and criminal defense. The Phoenix office also advises clients in numerous business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, land use, fintech and digital assets, environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, financial regulation, and general corporate governance and transactions.

Perkins Coie's new Phoenix office will be part of the four-building Esplanade complex of class A+ office buildings featuring $45M in new improvements.

The planned renovation at the Esplanade aims to create a new standard for the future of work by incorporating unparalleled service, advanced technology, and intelligent spaces to give businesses and workers the tools they need to thrive. A new 16,000 square foot, two-story central amenity building will be the heart of the property and will include a full-service café and lounge/bar and collaborative workspaces. The second floor will be dedicated to health and fitness, offering a state-of-the-art gym and studio spaces for group classes and social wellness programs. Adjacent to the café and lounge/bar will be a new 8,000 square foot conference center that will accommodate up to 100-person events, including a variety of meeting rooms and coworking spaces outfitted with superior AV/IT equipment tailored to producing podcasts, live stream studios, and more.
