Stella Nadkarni

Stella Nadkarni works with clients across a variety of industries, such as apparel, beauty, and professional services, advising on intellectual property (IP) matters in both U.S. and international jurisdictions.

Working with businesses of all sizes, Stella strategizes with her clients to maximize their brands' protection and offer them cost-effective solutions. She also maintains and evaluates trademark portfolios and conducts in-depth trademark clearance, providing detailed risk assessments and handling adversarial matters.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Stella was a senior attorney at a boutique law firm and IP counsel at several large companies within the fashion and retail spaces. She is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as the symposium editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and president of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
