Omar Rifai
Omar counsels emerging entities and investors in matters of funding, acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Omar Rifai has experience helping clients with venture capital financings, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, preparing capitalization tables, and managing diligence workstreams and preparing diligence memos and issues lists. He also advises public and private companies in connection with matters, such as formation, equity matters, and general corporate representation.
Omar earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an editor for the Michigan Technology Law Review and worked as a research assistant for the university’s Office of Technology Transfer. He also worked as a legal intern at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
