Harkiran K. Gill

Kiran Gill has experience advising and representing emerging companies on a range of legal issues from their earliest stages through exit events.
Kiran advises clients across industries, including fintech, software as a service (SaaS), artificial intelligence (AI), and consumer goods and services. In addition to serving clients, Kiran is the local office liaison for the Women's Forum group and is a member of various firmwide committees, including the Diversity & Inclusion and Attorney Development committees.
While earning her J.D. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Kiran was president of the South Asian Law Students Association, a mentor for Berkeley Law First Generation Professionals, a member of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law, and a student leader for the Youth Advocacy Project. In addition, Kiran was a summer associate for the firm in 2018 and 2019.
Prior to law school, Kiran worked as a law clerk at Keith A. Fink & Associates in Los Angeles, where she did legal research and drafted discovery documents, meet and confer letters, and pleadings.
