Erik Kundu
Erik Kundu is an experienced litigator who represents clients across a broad range of industries.
He has been involved in all areas of trial practice, from pleadings to trial preparation. He is often brought in on high-stakes litigation matters to assist with dispositive and key pre-trial motions.
Erik also has an active appellate practice. He has written briefs in state and federal appellate courts, including before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Erik's practice is informed by his experience clerking for the Hon. Richard Clifton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. Samuel Mays of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. He also externed for the Hon. Marsha Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
