Perkins Coie Advises Team of Crypto Industry Leaders in Its Acquisition of Janover Inc.
PALO ALTO, Calif. (April 8, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised a team of crypto industry leaders in its acquisition of majority ownership of Janover Inc., a publicly traded AI-enabled platform company that connects the commercial real estate industry. Following the group’s acquisition of a controlling interest in Janover Inc., the board adopted a treasury policy under which its primary treasury reserve will be digital assets, starting with Solana. Under the leadership of the new control group, the company plans to explore acquiring Solana validators, positioning the company to integrate traditional financial systems with decentralized technologies.
The Perkins Coie advisory team was led by partners Lowell Ness and Allison Handy, and included partner Dax Hansen, counsel Chris Wassman, and associate Kiran Gill.
