We handled some of the first class actions brought under the Illinois Biometric Privacy Act. Since its launch, we have litigated dozens of these cases, achieving many successes for our clients. We also counsel companies on avoiding lawsuits under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar state statutes, defend against claims brought under these laws, and provide representation before the Federal Communications Commission in rulemaking and enforcement proceedings.
